Tacoma

• We are in Tacoma visiting John,s brother and his family and it has been a grand old time. We got to visit my mission president and he is doing great and we have had our fill of freash fish. I love the weather out here, the country side reminds me of home. The fresh air and the smeel of the ocean on the breeze. mmm, a touch of heaven. Well it is when all you smell is dust for the last four years. We have some cool photo's which will be posted when I get around to it.

Match Day news

Well I am finally up to posting where John matched for his residency. It was a bit of a shock but he matched to Anesthesiology here in Lubbock. We have nearly bought 2 houses since then and after wisening up and getting on our knees we have decided that for the time being we are going to stay here in our apartment. Sooo today we got out the paint and brushes and got to work changing the apartment. It is amazing what fresh paint and some new light fixtures can do to a place. We are starting to accept the outcome and are actually looking forward to the next 4 to 5 years. John will have more time with us as his hours will not be so crazy and we are getting benefits and better pay. These are things that as we were praying for a residency program were important to us, well really just the family time.

Nadia's Party

Nadia had a super fun party with all of her friends. She loved it and Anya also loved all the toys that they had to play. I tried to hide them but some how they manged to find them and make a mess. Here are some photo's of the day.
